Cranio Sacral Therapy is an excellent standalone treatment or a fantastic complement to the massage work you’re already receiving. It can treat stress, neck and back pain, migraines, TMJ syndrome, chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia, as well as support structural alignment issues. Your therapist, Elizabeth Cornell, applies a light touch and does not use oils or lotions for this treatment.
Elizabeth Cornell is a NYS licensed massage therapist since 1993 and certified CranioSacral therapist. Elizabeth uses a careful and respectful touch to listen closely to your body and devise a special treatment plan to meet your particular needs. In addition to bodywork, my training and professional background also include communications, teaching composition and literature, and critical thinking. I also repair guitars as well as play one. I draw from these experiences to bring a unique sensibility and depth to my bodywork practice.
